We want to bring data insights to rural Western Colorado’s nonprofits, small businesses, and healthcare providers.
Our process:

1 – What do you need? What data do you have?
We will meet with you to understand your business needs, objectives, and challenges. In these calls we will define the project scope, timeline, resources and review any relevant business processes. We will discuss your current workflows and identify any data challenges and opportunities.
2 – Proposal and Identifying Areas for Improvement
We will outline an implementation plan with timelines and milestones. This will include data management strategies and any data analysis tools and technologies based on the needs of the project.
3 – Design and Develop
We will set up the proposed data system as per the design and integrate data from different sources. During this phase there will be design review(s) with the client.
4 – Testing and Deployment
To ensure the data solution will work for the client, we will perform some tests after the development of the solution. We will also work to validate the results of the solution with the client. After the solution is validated, we will deploy the final solution to the client.
5 – Training and Support
After the completion of the project, we will meet to handoff the data solution to your teams. We can also assist with any training that will be needed with your internal staff of the new tool. After completion of the hand off, we will be available for support for several hours in case any additional questions arise.
