Audrey Kiser, MPP, CPHIMS

Audrey is an accomplished healthcare consultant with over 20 years of experience in clinical informatics, data governance, quality measurement, and process improvement. With a proven track record in improving data integrity and compliance across clinical settings, Audrey specializes in integrating complex data from diverse sources, ensuring accurate and actionable insights that inform critical healthcare decisions. By developing data architectures, engineering processes, and validation protocols, she helps organizations optimize their data use and achieve tangible improvements in care and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Audrey has successfully led efforts to integrate and transform healthcare data from multiple systems, including electronic health records, billing systems, and third-party platforms. This work has included developing centralized data models and warehouses, designing data validation protocols, and improving data quality processes. Audrey has played key roles in optimizing Medicaid billing processes, reducing claims denials, and developing data-driven solutions that enhance quality measurement and reporting. Additionally, she has designed population health algorithms to support case management and improve outcomes for high-risk populations, driving measurable improvements in healthcare delivery.

Alongside her professional expertise, Audrey is deeply committed to community engagement. She currently serves as a member of Grand Junction’s Unhoused Strategy & Implementation Data Analysis workgroup, contributing her data expertise to support solutions for local homelessness issues. For over eight years, Audrey has been an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Grand Junction, a volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in the community. Additionally, she is involved with Humanists Doing Good, a local nonprofit that takes action to help those in need, fosters community education, and creates a sense of unity and purpose in the area.

With a Master of Public Policy from the University of Utah and certifications in healthcare information management and data security, Audrey combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare and public service needs. Whether in data consulting or volunteer leadership, she remains dedicated to driving meaningful improvements for both healthcare providers and local communities.
